Physical
Rehabilitation

(also known as physical therapy when administered by a Physical Therapist)

Physical Rehabilitation includes a wide variety of stretches and strengthening exercises aimed at restoring normal body mechanics to muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves.

Physical Rehabilitation is a necessary, critical component of patient treatment, especially for chronic pain symptoms. Exercise prescription is dependent upon the type and severity of patient symptoms and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Our practice is in a unique position to cater to any patient’s needs as we have access to 5,000 square feet of strength and conditioning equipment to include dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and bumper plates, bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, banded-strength systems (Crossover Symmetry), dense foam boxes, pull-up bars, wall balls and banded rings.
